Japanese Chiyogami paper floral blue pink, yuzen, origami, bookbinding CHY840

Luscious, vibrantly-coloured Chiyogami papers are hand-printed using the silk-screen technique. In this laborious process each colour is applied using a separate screen. Sometimes as many as 12 colours, including gold or other metallics, may be used to create a single pattern.

48 cm x 63 cm including 1-2 cm unprinted border on 3 sides
48 cm x 31 cm including 1 -2 cm unprinted border on 2 sides
24 cm x 31 cm possibly 1-2 cm unprinted border on 1 or 2 sides
