Refund & Return Policy

For Buyers Outside the EU

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the item you received is different from what you ordered. Please make your purchase carefully.

For Buyers Within the EU

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to return a product by contacting us within 14 days of receiving the item (not from the date of purchase).
This right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made items
  • Sale items
  • Digital downloads
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  • Unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value due to damage or signs of use.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take a few days for the refund to be posted.

  3. Contact your bank – some processing delays are normal.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at leverras.art@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
